Residents should call this number for the following reasons:
- Visisble smoke or a fire
- Water leaks
- Excessive noise during our quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Lockouts
- Fighting or violent disputes (non-life threatening)
- Trespassing
- Stuck in elevator

All maintenance requests must be submitted via the Resident Portal.
Residents can check the status of their request from the online account.
Please be aware that residents may be billed for repairs if found liable for damages. This includes: clogged sinks and toilets, stains and tears in furniture, scratched flooring, etc.

Use the app to print or scan documents on any of our printers.
Connect the provided cable into your computer's USB port. Open the app and click on the "Select your Machine" button. Select "MFC-L2750DW" from the USB tab. Network printing is not supported. Contact the leasing office during office hours for help.
To print: Click the "Print" icon, and locate the file on your computer that you want to print. Click the "Next" button and change any printing configurations as needed. Click the green "Print" button to begin printing. See Brother Print using iPrint & Scan for details.
To scan: place the document(s) in the top feeder. Click the "Scan" icon and select the desired settings. Click the green "Scan" button to begin scanning.
When the printer is done scanning, you can save the scanned image(s) to your computer as ".jpeg" or ".pdf" or other image formats.
You can also select a folder on your computer where you want the image(s) to be saved.
The Brother MFC-L2750DW model is capable of 2-sided scanning. Turn on 2-sided scanning in "Scan Settings" after you click the "Scan" button.
There is free Wi-Fi throughout the entire complex. All residents should have received an invite link from Xfinity via email prior to move-in.
Guest Wi-Fi is also available. Please call the leasing office for the Wi-Fi password.
Our common areas and amenities are first-come-first-serve. However, you may reserve any common area for a private function at no additional cost. Please see the leasing staff for details.
You may borrow a cart during our office hours to move your belongings to your room. Carts can be checked-out at the leasing office and must be returned after use. We will hold onto your photo ID until the cart is returned.
We have secure storage rooms for bikes and electric scooters complete with charging outlets. Contact the leasing office if you are interested.
We have reinforced the living room wall so that a big screen TV can be mounted. Make sure you bring a mount that will support the weight and size of your TV. We can mount your TV in the living room free-of-charge. To mount a TV in your bedroom, we will charge $100. Please make a maintenance request to get your TV mounted/unmounted.
We offer cleaning services for an additional fee. Please call the leasing office for more information.
The main door to the building is equipped with a facial recognition intercom. Follow the steps below to set it up:
Every room has an electronic lock that you can open with your key card or a pin. If you lose your keycard, a new one can be issued to you for $50.
We have two elevators in the lobby.
Elevator Dimensions:
Door width – 42”
Cabin – 81” deep x 65” wide with 4" railing on 3 sides
Height – 117”
Please do not hold the elevator door open for prolonged periods.
Every floor has 2 trash chutes. It is located at the end of the hallway past the elevators.
The trash chutes are only able to take small trash bags of 13 gallon or less.
All recyclable material should be put into the recycle boxes located in the trash rooms. Cardboard boxes should be flattened.
Do not put cardboard boxes or large trash bags inside the trash chute.
